Our Return Policy

Customers are eligible to return any product they have ordered from our shop within 30 days of placing the order and for any reason.

In the case of a serious problem with any of the products, customers can return them at our cost. They should be in the original packaging and sent by Second Class post. In this case we will refund the full sale price, the original postage cost and the return postage cost.

In the case of a return due to the customer changing their mind, we will refund the full sale price and the original postage cost. The buyer will pay the return postage cost. The products must be returned in the original packaging and unopened.
