Delivery Information

Once you have chosen your products and have added them to the basket, you will be charged one set low postage and packaging fee of 99p regardless of how many products you purchase. The order will be shipped by Royal Mail First Class Standard mail. In normal circumstances and in 99% of the cases, you should receive your order with 2 to 4 working days. However, in some very rare occasions, this could take a little longer. Please note that Royal Mail Terms and Conditions state that First Class mail is delivered within 12 working days from dispatch.

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment, depending on the time of day it has been placed. It will be carefully packaged to remain safe in transit and you should receive it in perfect condition. However, if you experience any issues with your order, which you think might have occurred in transit, please get in touch where we will be happy to help.
