The packaging of this product is fully compostable, so once you have finished with it, it can be added to the compost heap, so nothing goes to landfill.

This is a magnificent flowering bush with large hanging clusters of flowers in bright yellow. It has delicate narrow leaves and also forms attractive seed pods. Once established, the bush can be planted permanently outside. It will make a great addition to any garden adding colour as well as structure.

Sowing:  Before sowing the seeds, they should be gently scarified, then soaked in cold water for 24 hours. After that sow the seeds in good compost around 2.5 cm deep. Keep the growing medium moist but do not overwater. Place in a bright and warm location. Seedlings should appear in around 4 to 6 weeks.

Once the seedlings are strong enough, they can be potted on.

Tip: In long periods of very low temperatures, the tree should be protected from the frost. It will tolerate mild, short frost.
