Lupin is a striking border plant with large flower spikes. This mixed variety will flower in bright colours and will make your garden look stunning. They can also make a great cut flower. This is a perennial variety so will keep coming back year after year.
Sowing: Before sowing the lupin seeds soak them in water for 24 hours or slightly scarify the surface with a sharp knife. Then sow them in trays of fine compost and lightly cover with soil. Keep moist at temperature of around 18°C to 22°C. Lupin seeds germinate slowly between 14 to 30 days. Once the seeds germinate, the plants grow quite quickly. Plant out when all danger of frost has passed.
Flowers: July to September
Tip: Plant in large groups to create stunning displays.
